2. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning and Scheduling: Prepare the academic calendar and schedule examinations.
  • Question Paper Management: Coordinate with faculty, ensure confidentiality and secure handling.
  • Examination Conduction: Arrange seating, assign invigilation, and handle grievances.
  • Evaluation Process: Ensure timely and fair evaluation.
  • Result Processing: Verify and finalize marks; publish results on time.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain necessary documentation as per norms.
  • Compliance and Coordination: Coordinate with university and ensure guideline adherence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Periodic review and adoption of suggestions for improvement.
  • Malpractice Prevention and Enquiry: Implement guidelines and take action where necessary.
  • Communication: Inform stakeholders about exam schedules, rules, and notices.
